We have partnered with Celebration Station and are now offering themed birthday parties!
A unique approach where your child and their party guests are immersed in the experience through 1 hour of facilitated activities and games.
The children will feel like they are the centre of the parties and experts in their chosen theme. Whether they have become dino experts, know what pirate life has instore or trained as super hero there is a party for everyone’s interests and abilities. We will celebrate and create memories through a guided facilitated party.
Exclusive hire
If your little one is 3 or under you may wish to consider exclusive hire of the Owl Tree Café for your party. Ideal for younger ones, we can rent out the café on a Saturday for £80.
This includes crafts and songs and the usual owl tree play. We can’t change the entire theme but we can tweak things with prior discussion.
Food and drinks for adults and kids are additional and can be discussed. Complete our ‘Request for info form‘ and we’ll take it from there!

Under 3s
If your little one is under 3 we can offer an exclusive café hire for up to 15 adults and 20 children. Exclusive Owl Tree Café hire will include song time and where possible we will accommodate themed requests for crafts but normally the theme of the week will apply. Food packages that include babies, children and adult options are available on request.
We can add the use of our sensory room as a party add on – further details on request.

- 1.5 hour party for up to 15 children aged between 3-8 years old

Option 2
- 1.5 hour party for 15-30 children aged between 3-8 years old
- £190
- Birthday tea £5 per head
Price includes
- Exclusive use and hire of the hall including set up time.
- 1½ hour party facilitated by a trained host who for the 1st hour will lead the children through themed party games and activities leaving 30 mins for birthday tea, singing happy birthday and most importantly cake!
- Unlimited juice and water throughout.
